"It has been my extreme good fortune to have met Randy Hughes when I was inquiring regarding my mother's house in Coopersburg, PA. I live approximately six hours away and could not have managed her vacant home for the past two years without his help and guidance. Randy has been much more than a realtor.

He has bought and installed a dehumidifier, hired and paid a lawn service, replaced light bulbs and checked on her security system when necessary. Randy also hired a locksmith and an electrician and spent his time to let them into the premises. Most importantly he has communicated and given access to her house (half a dozen times) when Walker Fuel Co. needed to repair a furnace/oil tank deficiency that could have been disastrous during the winter.

7 times Mr. Hughes has used his own money to pay for repairs etc. until I could cut him a check. He did all of this and much more without me even listing the house with him at one point. I consider Randy to be absolutely trustworthy and dependable, and would recommend him to anyone. Randy has gone above and beyond my expectations for any realtor.
