My personal philosophy developed from working with my father in his business since I was ten until I was forty eight. That philosophy is to always do the best job you can to satisfy your Client. An "OK" from your Client is never good enough. Your service has to be the best. It's not that your client is always right; it's that you have to do right by your client.

I am a supporter of Tails of Valor, Paws for Honor, Last Chance Ranch, Lehigh County Humane Society, and I am a member of the Coopersburg Lions Club.

I humbly received the EPIC Award on April 2014 for Ethical Profession Innovative Caring.

This is a tremendous group-Tails of Valor, Paws of Honor Program. They are based in Coopersburg. A nonprofit which trains rescued dogs for Veterans that need companions. This is me, Heather Lloyd, Christine Acera and Janna Spess.
